We had a plan to have another real estate person sell our house but we came across Kristen’s name and we had her give us a presentation on what she brings to the table to market and sell our house. She not only impressed us, she blew us away on all of the tools she has in her tool box in terms of real estate experience, marketing, business acumen and negotiating skills. Our house was sold quickly and at a price that was above our expectations!

All we need to say is simply AMAZING!! Kristen was extremely knowledgeable about not only the home buying, but the home selling experience. We needed to list our house quickly. She came over and walked our entire house and gave staging pointers. She even went as far as bringing decor to help stage our house. She walked every room and told us exactly what we needed to do, from repairs to decluttering to decorating tips. She had photographs and the listing on the market within 3 days! She walked us through every question and had a plan to get us the most money for our house. She also walked us through the purchase of our new house as well.
